Right to withdraw from the purchase

As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, follow these steps:

1. Notice of withdrawal – Please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days by emailing harmoniad@gmail.com . Please include your order number and contact details in the message.

2. Product return – The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging, without any signs of use, within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal. The return costs are covered by the buyer.

3. Refund – After receiving the returned product, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you have chosen a different type of delivery than our cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days.
