Terms and conditions
General terms and conditions of the Plantopipe online store are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
With the Plantopipe online store (hereinafter also "store") is operated by the company CUBIX, online store, Garvin Gajšek sp , registration number: 9823654000 , tax number: 58208283 , which is also a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter also the seller or Plantopipe).
General terms and conditions determine the operation of the Plantopipe online store. , the rights and obligations of the user and the store and regulate the business relationship between Plantopipe and customers.
The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of an online order). When placing an order, the user is each time specifically reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his/her familiarity with them by submitting an order.
User types
With a one-time login to the Plantopipe online store via email, the visitor becomes a guest of the Plantopipe online store , and with confirmed registration in the online store, becomes a member of Plantopipe Both the guest and the member (hereinafter referred to as the user) acquire the right to purchase in the Plantopipe online store. .
A visitor can register as a member online. A one-time guest registration is only possible via the website.
When registering as a member in the online store, the visitor receives a username, which is the same as their email address, and a password. The username and password of the member are unambiguously identified and linked to the entered data.
Registration is also possible during the purchase process.
If the user wishes to change their email address at any time later, they must send a request to plantopipe@gmail.com . The change of email address will be made on the same or the next business day at the latest, and the user will be notified of this via email.
It is possible to purchase certain products without registering in the online store, by logging in once as a guest.

Information accessibility
Plantopipe undertakes to provide the buyer with the following information before being bound by a contract or offer:
- company information (company name and registered office, registration number),
- contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail: plantopipe@gmail.com ),
- the essential characteristics of the products (including after-sales services and guarantees) and the validity period of this information,
- product availability (every product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
- conditions of delivery of products (as well as the method, place and time of delivery),
- prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously stated, indicating whether they include taxes, transport costs and other charges, and the period of validity of this information,
- method of payment and delivery or fulfillment and the validity period of this information,
- validity period of the offer,
- the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43.č of the ZVPot; in cases where the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal in accordance with this article, he is explicitly informed of this),
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including full details of the contact person or customer service department.
Order
Purchase agreement between Plantopipe and customers can find it in the Plantopipe online store concluded at the moment when Plantopipe sends the first email to the buyer about the status of his order (with the subject: confirmation of receipt of the order). This makes all prices and other conditions resulting from the placed order fixed and valid for both Plantopipe as for the buyer. The buyer is the person with the information as stated when placing the order. It is not possible to change the buyer's information later.
The purchase agreement (i.e. the first email message about the order status) is stored in electronic form on the Plantopipe server .
Payment Methods
Make the payment by credit card via the online payment interface (redirected to secure payment).
There are no additional fees when paying online with a card. You can pay online with a debit or credit card (MasterCard® and Visa).
If you choose to pay by card online when placing your order, be careful when entering your details, and follow all the steps to complete the payment. After clicking on the ''Place order'' button, a pop-up window of the PayU payment system will open, where you need to enter your card details.
What information will you need to enter?
- Card number (16 digit number on the front of the card, numbers only)
- CVV code (last 3 digits on the back)
- Validity (month and year)
After successfully entering your data, you will be redirected to the bank's website. The continuation of the payment process varies depending on the banking service provider or card issuer. You will receive the security code through various channels (sms, mobile device, etc.). If you have not received the security code, please contact your banking service provider or card issuer. After clicking the pay button, you will be redirected to a page where you will enter the code you receive in an SMS message from your bank.
After a successful payment, the transaction is visible on your bank statement.
When paying with a credit card online, in the event of an order cancellation or change in payment method by the user, please notify us at plantopipe@gmail.com for crediting the card or refunding the purchase price.
For holders of postpaid payment cards, payment in installments is also available, but only if they have already arranged this service with their parent bank. For more information about such installment payments, please contact your bank.
Issuance of invoice
After delivering the ordered products, Plantopipe sends the customer an invoice in PDF format to the email address provided by the customer when placing the order.
The invoice contains:
- product price breakdown,
- all costs related to the purchase,
- notice of the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the entered data before placing an order, as any objections made later regarding the correctness of the invoices issued will not be taken into account.

Factual error
The consumer may exercise his rights under a material defect if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. In the notification, the consumer must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the item.
The seller is not liable for material defects in the products that become apparent after two years from the delivery of the product. The defect is considered to have existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery.
A consumer who has properly notified the seller of the defect has the right to request from the seller:
- elimination of the defect in the product or refund of part of the amount paid in proportion to the defect,
- replacement of the product with a new, flawless product or
- refund of the amount paid.
When is a mistake real?
An error is real when:
- the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for marketing,
- the product does not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is purchasing it, if this use was known to the seller or should have been known to him,
- the product does not have the properties or characteristics that were explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- the seller delivered a product that does not match the sample or model , unless the sample or model was shown only for information purposes.
How is the suitability of the product checked?
The suitability of the product is checked with another, flawless product of the same type and with the manufacturer's statements or indications on the product.
How to claim a factual error?
The buyer must notify the seller of any material defect within the legally prescribed deadline and provide a detailed description of the defect , while also allowing the product to be inspected. The form for reporting a material defect can be found [here] (add link to form) .
The right to assert a material defect is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Refund in the context of transport damage
We advise you to inspect your ordered products immediately upon receipt and to notify us as soon as possible in the event of any irregularities. When dealing with damage that occurs during transport, we are bound by the terms and conditions of the delivery service .
If upon receipt of the shipment you notice that the item or package is physically damaged, that the contents are missing from the shipment, or that the package shows signs of being opened, you must:
- Initiate the compensation procedure directly with the delivery service that delivered the shipment.
- Please inform us about the situation at plantopipe@gmail.com so that we can further assist you in resolving the matter.
We recommend that you attach the following when reporting injuries:
- photos of damaged packaging and contents,
- order number,
- a brief description of the injury.
Security
Plantopipe uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For data security, it uses the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, which ensures data encryption between the user and the store's servers. This protocol is safer and more reliable than the older SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
Protection of personal data
Plantopipe is committed to the permanent protection of all users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) .
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy section . The user must be aware that he is obliged to provide the online store with his personal data in a correct and truthful form , and must also inform the online store of any changes to his data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the user confirms that the data provided is correct.
Communication
Plantopipe will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not explicitly object to this, and in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) .
The Plantopipe online store's promotional emails will contain the following components:

- the sender of Plantopipe will be clearly visible,
- various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such, and the conditions for participating in them will also be clearly defined,

- Plantopipe will expressly respect the user's wish not to receive advertising messages .
Limitation of liability
Plantopipe makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its websites is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that Plantopipe is unable to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, Plantopipe will inform the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item.
Plantopipe is not responsible for the content of reviews on articles written by visitors. Plantopipe reviews reviews before publication and rejects those that contain obvious untruths, are inappropriate, misleading or offensive. Plantopipe is not responsible for the information in the reviews and disclaims any liability arising from the information provided in the reviews.
Plantopipe has the option to withdraw from the contract only if a manifest error is found (Article 46 of the Commercial Code). A manifest error is considered to be an error in the essential characteristics of the item and all errors that, according to the customs of the trade or the intention of the parties, are considered decisive and that Harmonija Doma would not have confirmed or concluded the contract if it had been aware of. This also includes manifest errors in the price.
Complaints and disputes
Plantopipe complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. Plantopipe makes every effort to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaints handling system.

Plantopipe is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes is the disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs involved in resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, Plantopipe makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms, Plantopipe does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
