6. data about your behavior in connection with reading the messages we send you, in particular the time it takes to open the message and data about the devices from which you access the Internet, such as IP address and associated location, device ID, its technical parameters, such as operating system, version, screen resolution, selected browser and its version;
7. derived data , which includes personal data obtained from your settings, data about the items you purchase from us, data about your online habits and behavior in connection with reading the messages we send you; this mainly concerns data about gender, age, financial situation, consumer habits and attitude towards various items and services;
8. data in connection with the use of call centers or visits to a pickup location , which primarily includes records of telephone calls with the call center, identification of messages you send to us, including identifiers such as IP addresses, and footage from video surveillance camera systems at pickup locations.

Why do we process personal data and why are we entitled to do so?

We process your personal data in different situations for different purposes. If you visit our online store websites, where we also use cookies, we use your data primarily to determine the number of visitors and improve our services. If you are registered with us, we use your data to manage your account and provide related functionalities. If you make a purchase with us, we use your data to process your order, protect our legal claims and fulfill our legal obligations. With the help of your contact details and other data, we can also display and send you our customized offers. With your consent, we provide your data to third parties to display the offer on other websites as well as to enable you to access certain additional services. Processing based on the performance of a contract

If you make a purchase from us as a natural person, we process your personal data for the purpose of processing your order . This includes identification and contact information, as well as information about your orders . If you have a user account with us, we may also use your settings for this purpose .

If you make a purchase from us as a representative of a legal entity, we process the same data for the same purpose based on our legitimate interest , which is based on the conclusion and performance of a contract with the person you represent.

Processing based on legitimate interest

If you make a purchase from us, we store your identification and contact details and your order details based on our legitimate interest (without your consent) for the purposes of safeguarding legal claims and our internal records and controls. Our legitimate interest in this case is the safeguarding of legal claims and the control of the regular provision of our services.

Furthermore, based on our legitimate interest (i.e. without your consent), we process your identification and contact information, your preferences and information about your orders (if you later make a purchase from us) for the purposes of:

• obtaining data on the basis of which we can improve our services for you in the future in order to create better shopping conditions, in particular by determining your satisfaction with our services; our legitimate interest in this case is to improve our services for you and
• adapting the functions of our web domain to your needs, so that we can offer you, for example, the nearest pickup points when making a purchase, all based on our legitimate interest, which is based on improving and adapting our services; for this purpose, we also process your IP address and the location derived from it ,
• providing you with customized offers and advertisements, which we may send to you via email, SMS messages and social networks, or communicate by phone or other electronic devices, or send by regular mail; our legitimate interest in this case is the effective promotion of our products and services. We measure your satisfaction with our services using the NPS survey, which we send to you via email within the Survey Monkey program. The questionnaire is sent to random users who have made a purchase from us in the past month. The survey results are for our own use only.

To protect legal claims and maintain our internal records and controls, we process data for a period of 3 years and for a further 1 year thereafter in relation to claims that are asserted until the end of the limitation period. In the case of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data for the period necessary for the duration of such proceedings and for the remainder of the limitation period after their conclusion.

For the purpose of protecting legal claims and our internal records and supervision, we process data for the duration of the limitation period, which is 5 years, if necessary, another year after its expiration in the event of a claim being asserted at the end of the limitation period. When initiating judicial, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data for the time strictly necessary for the implementation of such proceedings and until the remaining part of the limitation period has expired after its conclusion.

For the other stated purposes, we use personal data for a maximum of 6 months,

We also have certain obligations prescribed by law. If we process your personal data for this reason, we do not need your consent for such data processing.
